• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.

4. User Content and Submissions

The Service allows users to submit information, images (including flyers), descriptions, and other content related to dart events ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing it on the Service.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish User Content you submit.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and our (and our successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
• You agree that your User Content will not violate any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy right, publicity right, or other intellectual property or proprietary right.
• You agree that your User Content will not be libelous, defamatory, harassing, offensive, or otherwise unlawful.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREON. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DART.EVENTS, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
